A GIF to warn of the effects of global warming. I used the striking design of the Fox's Glacier Mints logo to show the effects of this environmental crisis in one of the most recognised signs of global warming: the polar bears' and their habitat loss.
Created in Procreate, the aim was to create a paper-like effect to capture the simplicity of the design and the power of the message within this GIF, using a bleak, contrasting background colour to immediately catch the audiences' attention.
A 2 week Halloween Project animated in After Effects, with design and facial expression animation created in Procreate. Since Halloween nowadays seems to only be seriously spooky and gory, this is NOT my thing, so I wanted to create an easy-going little animation to appreciate the season and give the audience a glimpse of what my Halloween consists of: movies, food, fairy lights and coziness! My design aims were: simple, easy-to-read, and cute, so everything is rounded to create a soft and appealing effect for my intended audience- anyone! My character, Pumpkin, was inspired by the "kawaii" style, so block colours and minimal details were crucial in this project.
