In a second year uni group project, I discovered the world of Blender and 3D Modelling. Since then, I have spent the last year furiously creating models to gain understanding and develop my skills in this software. 3D backgrounds have become an immense passion of mine, the satisfaction of seeing the rendered project is second to none, I'm practically giggling at the results hehe!! I particularly love asset making in backgrounds as it elevates the scene and becomes that bit more captivating through small details.
My love of Japanese and Korean "kawaii" art and products have influenced my work greatly. When working, BTS and 'Alone At Prom' are most likely playing on REPEAT in the background. My interest in Asian culture has led me to learn the Korean language for over two yeas now- it's going great too, by the way! My dream is to visit Japan and Korea, so best keep that Duolingo streak going!! Living in the countryside and always having been surrounded by nature means I have a great appreciation for colours (although my wardrobe is practically monotone- whoops!) and try to incorporate this into my designs.
Pickles' Picnic was created from my love of rabbits and cute things. Pickles the Bunny (cute name, isn't it?) is my mascot and muse. He loves picnics and so do I- hence the name choice!
